Today was another fine day of Hatteras offshore fishing!
I have participated with the NC State fishing school since I was a mate for my dad, so I am used to them and they are used to me! We headed quite a ways east of everybody else this morning, and it turned out to be a good decision. We found several good schools of
dolphin, gaffers and nice bailers, and did manage to limit out. We trolled to the southwest for the afternoon, in hopes of a marlin bite, but never had one. There were a few
blue marlin seen, and two caught today.
