Today was another picture perfect weather day.
We wound up with a nice catch of
yellowfin today, but the bites were spaced out quite a bit. We hit the tunas about a half hour after we got started this morning, and landed four 20 pounders. After that it was nothing till after 1:00 when we got struck a second time and landed three of the nicer 50 pounders. Back at the dock, there were plenty of smiles as my guys anticipated the taste of their catch on the grill! There were a very few
dolphin caught, and a scattered
wahoo and
king mackerel to the south. I could get used to this weather!
