I hate to say that I missed the last four days of fishing, as great as the weather and fishing have been, but getting back out there today felt just like we picked up where we left off.

The gaffer dolphin fishing remains excellent, and over the past couple weeks, we have had quite a few in the low 30s, but today we finally got a citation with a 36 pounder. We did so well in the morning that we spent a good part of the day looking for a marlin bite, but never raised a fish. It wasn't because we weren't in the right spot either, there were several fish seen around us, we just never got our turn. That's fishing. My group had a ball, and so did I, on a beautiful day.
