Well, fishing was a little scrappy today, and on top of that, the wind breezed up out of the southwest, making things a little bumpy.

Today I had the pleasure of fishing with a Coast Guard veteran from WAY back in the day. This man has seen some salt. Anyway, fishing was sorta slow today, so I wasn't able to provide my group with a ton of action. We fished way off in the deep, hoping to find the conditions we fished on yesterday, but once we found them, the fish were missing. We scrapped out a handful of small gaffers, and caught one out of four yellowfins, probably a 25-30 pounder. We tried jigging, but the AJs didn't want to bite either. Still we had a fun trip, and I think everyone enjoyed themselves.</s<sc
