7 We had good action today. The windy conditions lowered our batting average, but we still had a lot of bites.
Actually, the morning was a little nicer than forcasted, but by lunchtime, we had more than the 20-25 knot northerly winds that we were expecting. The great news is that we had bites most of the day. We caught two out of three yellowfins, then one out of four, we caught a single, and pulled off quite a few others. We also landed a wahoo, and lost a couple others that we know of. We caught a gaffer dolphin to complete our ''meat fish grand slam''. There were four other boats out, and everyone caught fish. It's time. ![]() ![]() Fishing Blog Archive
