Today, there was plenty for everybody....wind, waves and fish!

I was doubtful about whether or not we would even make the day, but two other boats agreed to venture on out with us, so off we went. The winds were out of the north - northeast around 25, and eventhough it was plenty choppy, we never really got into a big sea until 80 fathoms, where the water warmed up. There was an abundance of bailer dolphin where we started, and other than the wind and waves as obstacles, we had no trouble catching our limit. We even caught one out of two gaffers that swam in. I trolled back inshore for a while before heading in, but never had a bite. Great fishing!
