It was nice to have a cool north wind after several hot days. Pretty good fishing too!

I pretty much headed for the deep this momrning, but after a decent ammount of time, and only a couple dolphin bites, we decided to take advantage of our location and the slack current for some bottom fishing. We did pretty well with the groupers and tilefish for the short time we dropped, and then went back to trolling. It wasn't long before we got a shot at a sailfish, and sealed the deal. Good for Bobby, his first billfish! Anyway, I worked back inshore after hearing about some pretty good dolphin fishing, but it never got hot for us. The marlins did bite a little in the afternoon, a few blues, whites, and sails.<scr
