Today was choppy, but a far cry better than yesterday. Fishing, overall, was pretty fair.
We fished in the eastern end of the fleet today, and though we didn't have any
dolphin action, we had a fair number of tuna bites, winding up with six
yellowfins and four blackfins. Our biggest tuna was in the 30 pound class, but there were some 50 pounders caught around the fleet. The boats to the south had a fair sign of gaffer dolphin, and a scattered
wahoo bite. If you can get here, I am open for tomorrow, and it is supposed to be beautiful. Give me a call!
