Outer Banks Fishing ReportFeb
2 Winter is finally here, and there hasn't been a whole lot to write about, till now.
After the nicest fall on record (not fact, just sounded good), the blustery north west and north easters have made their arrival. It seems that lately we have been paying for our beautiful December. Anyway, I was supposed to head out tomorrow, but another hard northwester is gonna keep us tied to the dock. The silver lining is this. I found out that one boat did go tuna fishing yesterday, and wound up with a dozen yellowfin, or close. I check the satellite shot all the time, and it looks like the water is still like it ought to be, so I'm hopefull that if I ever have a trip on a day when it's pretty, we'll do well. That's all I've got for now. Keep checking in!

When I don't have a fishing picture to show you, I scrounge through my files for something cool to post with my report. These are some pictures of the Godspeed on the day her hull was completed and flipped over. Enjoy! ![]() ![]() ![]() Fishing Blog Archive
