My group wanted to tuna fish today, so I put king mackerel out of my mind, and went on a tuna hunt.

It was a gorgeous day, but the current picked up as the day progressed, and for us, the few bites we had in the morning tapered off to nothing in the afternoon. We caught one out of four single yellowfin bites, five blackfins, and a nice wahoo. Still not a bad day, but the tunas just didn't want to cooperate.
